OutPatient Support Group
​Watch Me Grow Watch Me Thrive recognizes the challenges that individuals and families face when transitioning into their communities after experiencing life in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). To address these challenges, we provide a welcoming outpatient support group tailored specifically for families who have navigated the NICU journey. Our group offers a safe space for sharing experiences, connecting with others, and finding support as you move forward. Join us as we empower one another to grow and thrive in this new chapter of life.
