Our founder, Nicole, understands this journey firsthand. Her son, Lorenzo, was born at just 23 weeks and spent 11 months in the NICU. Throughout his journey, their family has faced countless insurance denials, unexpected medical expenses, and the challenge of securing equipment and services that weren't covered.
